ABOUT THE PROJECT

“Take Me to Your Happy Place” was a music event showcasing local Sydney artists, presented by creative collective Venus. As part of the event, Venus enlisted me to create a limited-edition zine featuring interviews and photographs of each artist in their personal “happy place.”

I designed a 24-page publication where I was solely responsible  for layout, typographic styling, graphics and visual storytelling from concept to final production. 

​

I also worked closely with the individual featured artists to ensure that each spread reflected their personality and vision accurately.

​

The publication was sold exclusively at the event and completely sold out on the day.
